Introduction

Asian Americans have been victims of implicit and explicit systemic racial bias for over two centuries. Today, more than 20 million Asian Americans fight and endure these misperceptions. And alarmingly, the number and intensity of hate incidents against them continue to skyrocket.

This behavior cannot and should not be tolerated.
